He Lives By Night is hard to describe. It's a cocktail of plot wackiness including a romance-comedy subplot involving a cute, sultry-voiced overnight deejay and a fat HK police captain, surprisingly stylish Argento-inspired kills, and an obsessed transvestite serial slasher/strangler all smashed into the same 1 hr 26 min window.
