Jai Dixit sells pirated DVDs and is caught by his uncle Joseph. His uncle changes his personality and name to Suraj Bhardwaj and sends him to Australia. When times comes to decide between Suhani and Nicole, he chooses Suhani. Later Suhani's brother Samarth kidnaps Nicole, when Suraj goes to save her he is accidentally shot by Samarth. Romi attacks Samarth and kills him. The movie ends with Suhani and Suraj getting back together.
