After learning the art of muay thai fighting from skilled masters, small town friends Piak (Akara Amarttayakul) and Phao (Thawatchai Phanpakdee) move their passion to Bangkok, where they become active in underground activities that put what they've learned to the test. But in the process of fighting for their lives, they also resurrect the sport -- and cement the bonds of their lifelong friendship.

A King Boxer named Chow (Meng Fei) visits a friend in Thailand. She introduces him to her boyfriend, who's a Thai boxer. Chow saves the Thai boxer from some thugs and the two become friends. Kurata fights and beats his brother instead and develops strong liking for Chow's sister. Chow returns to China and has to defend his school's honor against Kurata.

Set in 1930s China, the film details the trials of a group of athletes who desire to compete in the Olympic Games. There’s a snag, however.
