Winwood and Clapton crossed musical paths in 1969 with the formation of Blind Faith, a group that pioneered the fusion of rock and blues into tremendous studio and stage success. Despite critical and popular acclaim, the band was short-lived with only one album and a brief 1969 tour that debuted July 12 at Madison Square Garden and ended August 24 in Hawaii. Since then, Winwood and Clapton have remained friends but have only performed together a few times over the years for an occasional song at a charity event. The 2008 Madison Square Garden shows were the first full Winwood-Clapton concerts in almost 40 years.

He also tries to revive old love affair using the violinist as a surrogate of her mother. Her husband is resentful of the conductor for both personal and professional reasons.
Korn Live: The Encounter is a live release by Korn in 2010 to promote the studio album Korn III: Remember Who You Are. It premiered on Sunday July 11, 2010 on HDNet, and then streamed on the band's Myspace profile. Although a live performance piece, the concert itself has no audience beyond production crew. In July a number of viral videos were released by the band, the first two videos included amateur footage of crop circles and unidentified flying objects, while the second two videos included news footage of the phenomenons identifying its location as Kern County. The Korn logo could also be seen in one of the crop circles. On July 7 the band announced "Korn Live: The Encounter, A Concert for Korn III: Remember Who You Are" a live concert filmed June 24 at the crop circles. The unusual setting for the concert was inspired by Pink Floyd's Live at Pompeii concert.
Skating star Sonja Henie and the Glenn Miller Orchestra share the spotlight in Sun Valley Serenade. Henie plays a Norwegian refugee adopted by band pianist John Payne, who mistakenly thought that the full-grown Miss Henie was a 10-year-old little girl. Payne's girlfriend, Lynn Bari, is a soloist with the Miller band, and also a violently jealous sort. When Bari quits Miller out of pique, Henie stages an elaborate ice show as a substitute. This impromptu spectacular thrills the audience at the Sun Valley resort hotel where most of the action takes place. Joan Davis and Milton Berle provide comic relief to the music and romance (you haven't lived until you've seen Berle on skis), while The Nicholas Brothers and Dorothy Dandridge perform a lively chorus of "Chattanooga Choo Choo."

Disco 9000, a neon-lit penthouse dance club that's one of the top nightspots in Los Angeles. He also owns Disco 9000 Records, a successful label that provides the music for this venue. A rival mogul ascertains that his company can't get a hit record in the Los Angeles market without exposure at the Disco 9000, but he fails to convince Black to play his company's records at the club. So his goons make life difficult for Black: they smash cars in the club's parking lot, destroy the Disco 9000 recording studio, ransack his office, steal the tape of his label's latest recording, and even attack the club while people are dancing. Meanwhile, one of Black's associates tries to get out of debt by providing information on Black; this leads to a woman's accidental death when she's hit by a car. The rival mogul offers to "help" Black as he struggles to overcome the damage to his business, but Black refuses the offer. Instead, he fights back by researching his rival's financial records.

Live at Hammersmith Odeon is a live concert performance by the British singer Kate Bush. It is a recording of her first and only concert tour, The Tour of Life from 1979, first released on home video in 1981. The video was re-released in 1994 as a boxed set that included a CD version of the performance. A DVD version has been released 24 October 2012. In September 1979, Bush released an EP of four tracks recorded at the final dates of her only major tour, called On Stage, which reached #10 in the UK singles chart. The Hammersmith Odeon performance had been added at the last moment as a benefit for 21-year-old Bill Duffield, her lighting director, who had died at the Poole Arts Centre during the tour. Although it was rumoured that Bush declined to tour again due to this accident, coupled with other factors including a much rumoured fear of flying, she has since claimed that it was the toll of extensive travelling and performing to large audiences that deterred her from more tours

A trumpet player in a radio orchestra (Jack Benny) falls asleep during a commercial and dreams he's the angel Athanael. The beautiful angel Elizabeth (Alexis Smith) delivers Athanael to the head of heaven's orchestra, where he's told to return to earth and blow his trumpet at midnight, thus marking the end of the world. When he fails his assignment, he becomes a fallen angel, and though he's given a second chance, his fellow fallen angels conspire to keep him from completing his mission.

End of an Era is a DVD and double CD from the Finnish symphonic power metal quintet Nightwish. Nuclear Blast recorded their live performance at the Hartwall Areena in Helsinki, Finland on October 21, 2005, the final concert of a long worldwide tour for their album Once. During the concert the band was joined on-stage by Lakota musician John Two-Hawks, who performed "Stone People" from his album Honor as an introduction to "Creek Mary's Blood", which featured his voice and cedar flutes. End of an Era is the final Nightwish production to feature Tarja Turunen on vocals. She and the rest of the band parted mere hours after this concert, the name of the album most likely refers to this.

Within Temptation's tour DVD in support of their album, "The Silent Force." The Silent Force Tour is a double DVD which was released on November 18, 2005. In addition to the standard double DVD release, the deluxe edition includes a bonus CD. The main concert features the band playing at the Java-eiland, Amsterdam. Three songs that were performed at the concert were not included on the release ("Somewhere", "Enter" and "Running Up that Hill"). The song "World of Make Believe" was also scheduled to be played, but keyboardist Martijn Spierenburg felt "unprepared" to play this song live. Live concert at the Java Island, Amsterdam,live videos from two European summer festivals (Helsinki, Finland, 2005 and Rock Werchter, Belgium, 2005) and the three music videos of off the album The Silent Force ("Stand My Ground", "Memories" and "Angels"). Disc 2 consists of Backstage footage, making of documentaries, Impressions and Interviews and extras.
