Subramaniapuram (Tamil: à®à¯à®ªà¯à®°à®®à®£à®¿à®¯à®ªà¯à®°à®®à¯) is a 2008 Tamil film produced, written, and directed by M. Sasikumar. The low budget film received critical acclaim for its original script, expert direction, screenplay, editing, accurate sets and costumes to resurrect Madurai from the 1980s. Sasikumar cast then relatively new actors Jai, Swathi, Ganja Karuppu and himself in pivotal roles for the film. Shot in a remarkable eighty five days, the film became a huge box office grosser. Sasikumar is now considered one of the promising young directors in Tamil film industry.
Karan (Alok Nath) lives in a small house with his only daughter, Suman (Bhagyashree). He decides to travel overseas in Dubai, in the Persian Gulf, so that he can accumulate enough wealth to get his daughter married. He decides to leave his daughter with his friend, Kishen Kumar choudhury (Rajiv Verma), wife Mrs. Kaushalya (Reema Lagoo), and son Prem (Salman Khan). Prem is supposed to marry Seema (Pervin Dastur), who is the only daughter of Kishen's business partner, Ranjeet (Ajit Vachani). But Prem falls in love with Suman. He woos her until she also falls in love with him. Kaushalya approves of Suman, but Kishan does not, and asks her to get out of his house and life, as he feels that she has taken advantage of his hospitality. Karan returns and is enraged at Kishan's behaviour. Prem is unhappy with his dad's decision, and he decides to leave home and be near Suman.
Sundarapandian (Tamil: à®à¯à®¨à¯à®¤à®°à®ªà®¾à®£à¯à®à®¿à®¯à®©à¯) is a 2012 Indian Tamil comedy drama film directed by debutant Prabhakaran, a former associate of M. Sasikumar.[1] Sasikumar himself played the titular character, besides producing the film, while Lakshmi Menon, Vijay Sethupathi, Soori, Inigo Prabhakaran and Appukutty appeared in supporting roles. Music was composed by N. R. Salt N' Pepper is a 2011 Indian romantic comedy film directed by Aashiq Abu and produced for Lucsam Creations by Sadanandan Lucsam and Debobroto Mandal . The film stars Lal, Asif Ali, Shweta Menon and Mythili in the lead roles while Baburaj and Vijayaraghavan play supporting roles. Cinematography is by Shyju Kahild, who's debut was Traffic (2011). The screenplay was written by Shyam Pushkaran and Dileesh Nair. The film follows the love stories of two couples. The main characters are: Kalidasan (Lal), an archaeologist; Maya (Shwetha Menon), a dubbing artiste; Meenakshi (Mythili), an IELTS student; Manu (Asif Ali), a happy-go-lucky management graduate; and Babu, Kalidasan's chef. Food plays an important role in the story and the tagline of the film is Oru Dosa Undakkiya Katha ("The story born out of a Dosa").[2]

Socially prominent Michael Ashburn, is the chief assistant to Rufus Trent, wealthy London loan broker.
