Description
A chance encounter while traveling by BEST bus service in Bombay gets two young people to meet. One of which is Professor Sukesh Dutt, and the other is Archana Gupta. They meet again, and are formally introduced to each other. Both are attracted to each other, and get married. But Archana's mother does not approve of Sukesh, due to his modest income. She makes up stories about their affluence, which offend Sukesh when he finds out. As a result, there is acrimony between Archana and Sukesh, and both separate. Archana goes to live with her parents, while Sukesh relocates. Archana's family would like her to forget Sukesh, and re-marry. But Archana finds that she still has feelings for Sukesh. But does Sukesh have the same feelings for Archana?

But we managed to get a feel from the version edited so far. Goodbye, Dragon Inn is set in the approximately ninety minutes of the last feature at an old Taipei cinema that is closing down, showing King Hu's 1967 sword-fighting classic Dragon Inn. Only a few people are present in the cinema, and a variety of subplots are developed around them. Throughout the film, the ticket woman tries to find the projectionist, searching for him in order to present him with a steamed bun. A young Japanese tourist wanders around the cinema in search of a homosexual encounter. An older man tells him that the cinema is haunted. An old man, who was one of the actors who appeared in the original Dragon Inn, watches the film with tears in his eyes. Outside the theater, he encounters an older man who had been watching the film with his grandson; this man also starred in the original film. The film is shot with almost no camera movement, most shots lasting well over thirty seconds. There are only about a dozen of lines of dialogue.
Pune-based widower Omkar Nath used to work as a Headmaster with a local school. When he was fired, his son, Deepak, hired a lawyer to sue the school. The school was represented by none other than Omkar's live-in son-in-law, Vinayak Agrawal. After some years the Court finally came to a decision and the verdict was in favor of Omkar.
